Close Your PiTrade Individual Account

Step 1: Prepare Your Account

• Close all your positions.
• Ensure there are no pending deposits.
• Wait for any upcoming dividends, cash sweep payments, or Stock Lending payments to be processed.
• Unenroll from Stock Lending or Brokerage cash sweep programs.
• Clear any skipped or outstanding round-up orders.

Step 2: Access the Deletion Menu

1. Select Account (person icon) in the app.
2. Go to Profile.

Step 3: Delete Your Account

1. Select Delete Account.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to address any outstanding issues.

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

• Confirm your password to submit deletion request
• Submit the deletion request.
